The spacious Master Bedroom has a plush queen-size mattress, with a large en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The Secondary bedroom has a twin size bed with a dedicated work space and stunning mountain views right outside your window. ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are two spacious bathrooms available to you. The Master bathroom includes a custom shower and walk-in closet. There is tons of storage for your toiletries. The secondary bathroom also includes a custom shower and is located off of the family room for access to all guests. ☆☆KITCHEN☆☆ Fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes, making it a perfect place to create gourmet meals with family and friends. ☆☆FAMILY ROOM ☆☆ Includes a 65” TV w/ multiple gaming consoles, which is perfect for a movie/game night. Cozy up next to the fireplace and enjoy a cup of tea and a nice book. The TV console table is filled with board games, multiple gaming consoles and toddler/kid friendly toys. ☆☆LAUNDRY ROOM☆☆ All guests have access to your own private laundry room. There is plenty of detergent for your use, as well as a utility sink. ☆☆BACKYARD☆☆ The backyard offers the most stunning mountain views, kick up your feet and relax on the outdoor couch and play with your pooch in the fully fenced backyard. The closest ski resort is approx. 1.5 hours away. Situated between 5 major hospitals making for the perfect stay for travel nurses. Highlands Ranch has a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, with plenty of parks for the little ones. Miles and miles of trails for the outdoor enthusiasts! The nearest grocery store is about a 2 minute car ride away, 10 mins by bike and a 20 minute walk. ☆☆COFFEE + SNACKS☆☆ We know our guests arrive at all hours of the day. We have a basic full of quick snacks to hold you over upon arrival. The house has a drip coffee maker w/ coffee provided & electric tea kettle. ☆☆KID'S AMENITIES☆☆ We offer a pack-n-play crib, toddler/kids toys and a high chair for your little ones. We also offer a baby gate and bathing bed for you to use in the showers when washing your little ones. All items are cleaned and sanitized between guests. *Please note, there is a family that lives upstairs. Noise complaints will not be tolerated. Do NOT rent this house if you are planning any late night partying at the house.
Other Details to Note
There is a 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Salsa that lives on the property. You will see her in the backyard. She loves all of the pets & rubs that she can get. The backyard is divided by a fence so the guests who bring their dogs don't have to worry about mingling with Salsa. She is great with all people & pets. Please no aggressive or barking dogs.
