The Master bathroom includes a custom shower and walk-in closet. There is tons of storage for your toiletries. The secondary bathroom also includes a custom shower and is located off of the family room for access to all guests. ☆☆KITCHEN☆☆ Fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes, making it a perfect place to create gourmet meals with family and friends. ☆☆FAMILY ROOM ☆☆ Includes a 65” TV w/ multiple gaming consoles, which is perfect for a movie/game night. Highlands Ranch has a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, with plenty of parks for the little ones. Miles and miles of trails for the outdoor enthusiasts! The nearest grocery store is about a 2 minute car ride away, 10 mins by bike and a 20 minute walk. ☆☆COFFEE + SNACKS☆☆ We know our guests arrive at all hours of the day. We have a basic full of quick snacks to hold you over upon arrival. The house has a drip coffee maker w/ coffee provided & electric tea kettle. ☆☆KID'S AMENITIES☆☆ We offer a pack-n-play crib, toddler/kids toys and a high chair for your little ones. We also offer a baby gate and bathing bed for you to use in the showers when washing your little ones. All items are cleaned and sanitized between guests. *Please note, there is a family that lives upstairs. Noise complaints will not be tolerated. Do NOT rent this house if you are planning any late night partying at the house.
